Over the Years of service to others it has been my aspiration to see leaders and their teams succeed. Whether it is as a military leader mentoring new leaders into the U.S. Navy Chief Petty Officers Community, or consulting, mentoring and coaching business leaders who want to expand their business and have their employees feel like family while doing it. The joy of their success brings joy to me knowing I was a small part in the leader and their team’s success.
HOW
With a combination of consulting, mentoring, and coaching I am able to help you the business owner or team leader see the benefit of bonding together with leadership development, employee development, communication and team cohesion. With these values bolstered in the workplace, the business will have a strong commitment to the business core values and each other. Ultimately leading to a high level of success.
WHAT
I asses your business climate; look at your employee retention, what type of training is provided team leaders and what type of training is provided to the staff; what composes a team within the organization. Do you have the right people doing the right jobs. I like to call it having the right people, in the right seats on the right bus heading for success. Once that is established, I begin to mentor and coach the leader and team members. Using many different tools such as surveys and or providing assessments (such as DiSC, playing the /leadership Game or a 360-leader assessment) to team leaders, and members. Once a team baseline is determined. I then coach and train with all to build a team that communicates and work together for each other, and ultimately the organization. Once we begin working together you have my assurances that you and your team, are of my utmost consideration.

PASSIONATE LEADER with over 25 years of being in the arena of leadership. I have experienced and learned from the triumphs of success and the desolate feelings that accompany failure…the picking up the pieces; learning from it and moving on to the next success. I have a passion for leadership and serving others as they reach for their leadership promise. I have extensive experience and training in the leadership/management arena. In my pursuit of higher leadership responsibilities I have performed as leader, leadership coach, trainer, human relations manager, operations officer, logistics manager, among other positions of authority. I am enthusiastic in coaching and training colleagues in leadership and team leadership. I have extensive experience in developing and building team cohesion and agreement.
Consistently accepting higher leadership responsibility during my Naval career. I successfully co-led an enlisted flight crew of six during Persian Gulf War operations, moving up the leadership chain to providing successful leadership responsibility of 5473 Sailors during the Global War on Terror and Iraqi War in a worldwide flag command. During my service in the Navy I rose to the rank of Command Master Chief (E9) .
In my passion for leadership after leaving the Navy, I pursued both my Bachelor of Science degree and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in coaching and mentoring. A strong advocate of the benefits of coaching and mentoring, I have spent over twenty five years with a considerable number of inexperienced leaders working, watching, and coaching them in the art of leadership. The joy and satisfaction of seeing them blossom within themselves and in their skills, both as a leader of teams and with their individual leadership skills has given me a great sense of fulfilment.

In my pursuit of service to you I have worked to advance my certifications as a leadership coach and trainer. First I have received top notched training to be a Certified Christian Leadership Coach (CCLC) from Coach Approach Ministries (CAM). To receive my certification as a CCLC, I had to demonstrate my ability for coaching others forward in leadership, life, and overall success. This in-depth Christian coach certification includes self-paced learning, and great coaching from real-time International Coaching Federation (ICF) certified coaches. I am receiving continual learning from highly respected leaders in Christian coaching, plus mentoring and one-on-one supervision of actual coaching sessions. I received my certification as a John Maxwell Team Certified coach trainer and speaker so I could bring to you John Maxwell’s leadership coaching and training. INC. Magazine voted John Maxwell as the #1 leadership and management expert in the world. I have spent hours of learning from the #1 Leadership Guru in the world.
